Quality Care Animal Hospital at 100 Rushing Drive, Herrin, Illinois.

I came in earlier today at around 3:30pm to get some more information about this clinic. I was a little unsatisfied with the experience I had just had at another vet and was looking to get some info about switching to Quality Care Animal Hospital. The lady that was working the front desk was unbelievably rude to me when I asked about the cost of the visit. I wanted to know why they were charging that price and she literally could have said anything about the services, the experienced vet or any other benifit of the clinic and I would have set up an appointment. Instead, she said "because that's the cost of the visit" in a very rude way and then continued to be rude until I left. Ridiculous. If that's how they treat people before they have your money, I can't imagine how they treat you after.
